We provide residential and commercial lawn care. Service details, pricing, and schedules will be agreed upon prior to the start of work.

All estimates are based on the information available at the time of quoting. Pricing may be adjusted if property conditions differ significantly from what was represented.

We aim to service properties on a consistent schedule. However, service days may shift due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for ensuring we have safe and clear access to the property on the scheduled service day, including:

• Unlocked gates 
• Pets secured 
• Obstacles removed 

Missed service due to lack of access may still be subject to a service charge.

Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. We may offer automatic billing for recurring services. Late payments may result in service interruption.

Customers may cancel or reschedule services with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.

We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing property damage 
• Damage to unmarked or hidden items (sprinkler heads, wiring, etc.) 
• Issues resulting from unsafe or hazardous conditions
